FAIR USAGE POLICY

Share only the Stashbay link issued for your file, and make the click from your published source lead directly to that link. Do not place another URL shortener, link locker, redirect service, advertising gateway, intermediate landing page or chained hop before Stashbay. Do not hide the destination in an iframe, pop-up, pop-under, forced tab or software-driven redirect. A visitor must choose to open the Stashbay link and must know that it leads to a file download.

Traffic must come from the genuine audience of the source you disclosed to Stashbay. Do not buy traffic, exchange traffic, pay or reward people to visit, use autosurf or paid-to-click services, send unsolicited bulk messages, run bots or scripts, auto-refresh pages, or ask anyone to repeat a visit. Do not download your own files, organize download groups, or manufacture impressions, clicks, completions or referrals. Artificial activity is not payable even when it reaches the final page.

Do not use or direct download traffic through a VPN, proxy, Tor exit, relay, data-centre network, emulator, device farm or rotating address service. Do not change networks, browsers or devices to appear to be another visitor or to bypass a refusal, limit, fraud check or one-visitor rule. Stashbay may refuse these connections and exclude them from download and earnings counts. Ordinary mobile-network address changes are handled separately and are not permission to rotate identity deliberately.

Do not upload video of any kind. Movies, television episodes, clips, trailers, screen recordings, courses, music videos, live streams and renamed or converted video files are prohibited whether or not you claim to own them. A ZIP, RAR, 7z, TAR or other archive must not contain video. Changing a filename, extension, codec, container or compression method does not change this rule, and a file refused as video must not be uploaded again in another form.

A password-protected ZIP may be uploaded from your device with the dedicated archive-password field. The password is sent only with the final inspection request, used only to decrypt and test that ZIP, and is never saved in our database, object metadata, cache, queue, audit record or rejection record; it is not logged, returned or used for any other purpose. Use a unique archive password, never an account password. Never put it in a filename or caption or send it by remote URL, Telegram, email or support. Every member must open, authenticate and pass the bounded inspection; a missing or wrong password, unsupported encryption, unsafe structure, nested archive, partial listing or archive outside the inspection limits is refused.

Upload only material you created, own, or have clear permission to distribute. Do not host pirated or copyright-infringing files, malware, unwanted software, credential lists, hacking or circumvention tools, stolen or private data, sexually explicit material, sexual or exploitative content involving minors, scams, deceptive documents, illegal goods, instructions for wrongdoing, or anything that threatens or exploits another person. You remain responsible for every file and every item inside an archive uploaded through your account.

Never ask or reward a visitor to view or click an advertisement, tell them that an ad click is required for the download, point at an ad, or label an ad as a download button, menu or site control. Do not cover, imitate or alter Stashbay advertising or navigation, and do not embed Stashbay in a page that adds pop-ups, pop-unders, forced redirects or misleading controls. A download action must be visibly separate from advertising and must lead to the file described.

Stashbay may refuse traffic, reject or remove a file, stop a link, exclude activity from earnings, hold a payout, ask for the source of traffic, or suspend or close an account when these rules are broken or deliberately bypassed. Repeated rejected uploads and unexplained traffic patterns may be reviewed by a person. A copyright complaint follows the separate takedown policy. Enforcement may happen before notice where leaving the file or traffic live would create legal, security, advertising or fraud risk.
